Yoxly are a trailblazer in remote sexual health services, providing discreet, convenient, and comprehensive at-home testing services. As part of their efforts to create a dynamic and engaging work environment, Yoxly sought a versatile, high-quality display solution that could elevate their workspace in a fun and flexible way, displaying vibrant content that could be easily updated and customised to meet their specific needs/preferences.
Challenges
Yoxly wanted to incorporate art into their workspace; the art had to be fairly sizable with excellent quality to add an element of fun to the office; however, they also wanted the art to be flexible in a way to allow them to customise their office without added stress or effort.
Recognising Vieunite’s ability to blend the beauty of traditional art with modern digital functionality, Yoxly initiated a direct collaboration to explore how the Vieunite digital art canvas could meet their diverse needs.
The key challenge was finding a solution that looked more like an art piece than a conventional screen. The imaging quality and physical design were crucial, as Yoxly wanted the canvases to enhance the space, not detract from it. Ensuring the screens blended into the workspace without feeling overly “techy” or intrusive was essential.
Yoxly wanted a solution that would seamlessly elevate their workspace in a way that felt natural and easy without adding complexity. Therefore, the screens needed to be simple to use. Yoxly wanted to be able to make content updates and schedule content easily and remotely, without the need for dedicated technical support.
Finally, installation needed to be straightforward and non-disruptive. Yoxly would be installing the canvases themselves and wanted a quick setup without dealing with complex wiring.
Solutions
The Vieunite Pro Digital Canvas was the perfect choice to meet Yoxly’s needs. We supplied 4 black canvases with a 27-inch screen size, balancing visibility and subtlety to complement their workspace.
The picture frame-style matting, adjustable backlight, and texture-accurate display are all features that allow the canvas to feel more like traditional artwork than a standard screen. The selected black frame elevated the aesthetic of the canvas, making the canvases fit in seamlessly with the rest of the décor at the Yoxly office.
Content on the Vieunite Pro digital canvas is quick and easy to update and change remotely using the Vieunite platform, allowing Yoxly to seamlessly manage content to meet their specific needs/preferences. The anti-glare, texture-accurate technology ensures vibrant yet natural visuals for displaying personal media, branded content, and curated artwork without appearing intrusive.
Installation of the Textura is straightforward, quick, and simple to install by anyone with no prior training. Everything needed is included in the box. The canvas simply clicks into place onto the included wall mount and is ready to use straight away.
Results
The Vieunite Pro Digital Canvases were installed at Yoxly’s workspace in late 2024. The setup went smoothly, as expected, and the team was delighted with the final result. The canvases seamlessly combined advanced technology with an art-inspired aesthetic, creating a welcoming and dynamic environment.
Yoxly successfully integrated the displays into their workflow, using them to upload their own personal content, present branded content, or showcase famous works of art. They also loved the idea of discovering and supporting a community of artists from all over the world.
