Vieunite’s Cultural Director, Benedict Carpenter van Barthold, was recently a guest on a EMCoP (Emerging Media Community of Practice) webinar hosted by UBC (University of British Columbia), Canada. The “Using AI Tools for Creative Process” session was centred around the sudden rise in AI generated images, videos and music.
The panel explored what new literacies art educators should promote, what the future of arts could look like, as well as how artists can make the most of AI platforms. The webinar also focused on the uses of generative AI to create multi-view neural scene representations and examined the benefits of AI for operational and editorial purposes within news media organisations.
